Given the events of this past week, I am going to take a pass on a blog about the mayoralty race. I was going to talk more about Chow and her comments in the Hong Kong newspapers looking for non-resident landlords’ proxies and/or votes as well as her support for CUPE, and their support of her. As CUPE takes its usual place front and centre in the anti-Israel movement remember that Chow wants to be the Mayor.
After being bombarded for months by Hamas rockets sent from Gaza, Israel finally responded.
Here at home, the usual anti-Israel, anti-Jewish groups came out from under their rocks to stage a demonstration in front of the Israeli Consulate. Around 1,000 showed up – many with their faces covered carrying the signs and flags of organizations listed as banned terror groups.
The Jewish side of this demonstration was attended by many more, which is always encouraging for those of us not courageous enough to march ourselves. I am afraid – so I thank those who are not – and who represent my interests and those of my children and grandchildren. And of course, thanks to those who have sent me the pictures and documentation so I could write this blog. Yasher Koach.
The event’s organizers included Palestine House and Queers Against Israeli whatever – interesting how they ignore Hamas and the Palestinian’s negative stance on homosexuality. If they were in Gaza they would be strung up. Oh well, whatever gets them through the night.
And there were the Chow supporters from CUPE which doesn’t mind wasting their members’ dues on anti-semitic events. When is the Wynne government going to have a look at the NDP /Union “rules” that force their members to contribute money to these “causes”?
There were lefty weirdos like the Independent Jewish Voices, the Kapos from Neturei Karta out of Montreal (home for thousands of middle eastern illegals) and even Atheists Against Ethnic Cleansing. True they are mostly leftover hippies trying to relive their glory days but….what?
The Muslim fanatics in attendance brought plenty of signs in which they loudly and clearly called Israel a Nazi state along with a sign held up in a public place that said, “Holocaust in Progress: Zionists=Nazis – Fuck Off Israel”. No kidding. I didn’t know one could display obscenity in public – perhaps the terrorist supporters are allowed.
The police did manage to keep the peace here unlike their inaction at the Palestine House brooha. But our community does not have to be afraid. Our Prime Minister stands beside us. I couldn’t write it any better. Never forget and never stop being vigilant.
STATEMENT BY THE PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA IN RESPONSE TO THE SITUATION IN ISRAEL
Ottawa, Ontario
13 July 2014
Prime Minister Stephen Harper today issued the following statement in response to the situation in Israel:
“The indiscriminate rocket attacks from Gaza on Israel are terrorist acts, for which there is no justification. It is evident that Hamas is deliberately using human shields to further terror in the region.
“Failure by the international community to condemn these reprehensible actions would encourage these terrorists to continue their appalling actions. Canada calls on its allies and partners to recognize that these terrorist acts are unacceptable and that solidarity with Israel is the best way of stopping the conflict.
“Canada is unequivocally behind Israel. We support its right to defend itself, by itself, against these terror attacks, and urge Hamas to immediately cease their indiscriminate attacks on innocent Israeli civilians.
“Canada reiterates its call for the Palestinian government to disarm Hamas and other Palestinian terrorist groups operating in Gaza, including the Iranian proxy, Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”

And from Justin Junior posted below: not one word of criticism from him about the Hamas rockets shot at Israel for the past several months or the documented/recorded instructions from Hamas to the people of Gaza to STAY IN THEIR HOMES.
There will be lots more in the coming year about Junior, and his brother Sacha’s ties to interesting anti-semites.
But for today, let us just think about the reality of what was once a vibrant political party led by some courageous leaders.
Now we have this art instructor – more concerned with smoking Pot and silencing MP’s on the issue of abortion than he is with death by rocket launchers. I think he is a Jihadist loving wimp who, along with his brother, wants to turn our country into a haven for Sharia supporters. I’m sure his father is turning in his grave. Here is the documentation. Make your own decisions!
LIBERAL STATEMENT ON THE SITUATION IN ISRAEL AND GAZA
Now, just imagine our country, Canada, with Justin Trudeau setting foreign policy…
MONTREAL – Liberal Foreign Affairs Critic, Marc Garneau, today issued the following statement on the situation in Israel and Gaza:
“The Liberal Party of Canada is greatly concerned about the escalating violence in Israel and the Gaza Strip.
“We strongly urge all parties to without delay seek an immediate ceasefire. All possible steps must be taken to protect civilian life.
“The only path to peace is through negotiation. All sides must demonstrate restraint and a real commitment to peace if this violence is to be quelled.

And the fabulous John Baird:
Canada Rejects UN High Commissioner for Human Rights’ Criticism of Israel’s Response to Rocket Attacks from Gaza
Focusing her comments on Israel is neither helpful nor reflective of the reality of this crisis.
“There must be no moral equivalence between Hamas, a listed terrorist organization, and its blatant disregard for human life, and the liberal democratic State of Israel’s duty and obligation to defend its people from cowardly and indiscriminate attacks.
“Canada mourns the death and suffering of innocent civilians in Gaza. Responsibility rests solely with Hamas and its allies, who launched and continue to feed this crisis.
“The Israel Defense Forces have taken extraordinary steps to reduce civilian casualties in very difficult and trying conditions. Israel should be commended—not criticized—for these efforts in the face of an enemy clearly determined to put civilians, from both sides, in mortal danger to suit its own purposes.
“Canada calls on Hamas and other militant groups to end the rocket attacks on Israel and bring an end to the ongoing violence that threatens the lives of innocent Israelis and Palestinians. The path chosen by Hamas and its allies does not lead to peace.”

July 12, 2014 –
It is true that we are a year away from a federal election – but – don’t forget what has happened this past week and how, once again, the Jewish community is under siege from the Hamas/Hezbollah/Jihadists supporters in our own country. So for some of us, there is real concern that without the strong government we have, our immigration system will get worse.
Right now, in the name of multiculturalism, too many fanatics with hidden agendas are slipping into the country. It needs to be stopped. And only we, the people of Canada, can do that by our votes. Please, no more 52% turnouts.
We have to be loyal to those who are loyal to us – no matter what our individual politics.
AM YISROEL CHAI! THE NATION OF ISRAEL WILL LIVE ON!
